New Longevity Transaction Service From Longevity Partners

ESG advisor, Longevity Partners, today unveils its new transaction service. The new service arm will be led by Laure Ferrand from the Paris office and aims to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable economy. Furthermore, Bernard d’Arche will take over the management of Longevity Partners France & Belux as the new Managing Director with immediate effect.

With years of experience in energy efficiency and sustainable building technology, Ferrand will expand sustainability due diligence services and is well equipped to further expand the transaction risk department and provide cross-functional support to investment teams.

What Taken Into Account in Every Transaction?

Technical, economic and climatic risks must be taken into account in every transaction, whether it is a building, a portfolio or a company. Therefore, the transaction service aims to streamline customers’ transactions. In the future, the company will also offer Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) consulting services for acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

Ferrand, 32, joined Longevity Partners in 2020 as a Senior Energy Consultant before being appointed Associate Director of the French office in 2021. Prior to this role change, Ferrand was already responsible for the due diligence department for sustainable development at Longevity Partners, for which she has closed transactions worth more than EUR 8 billion over the past two years. As head of the new transaction services division, she will be responsible for developing the strategy and managing the new division on a global scale.

Ferrand holds an MBA in Management and Business Administration from IAE Paris and a Masters in Energy and Environment from EPF. She has several years’ experience of implementing large-scale carbon reduction programs in both the public and private sectors, having previously spent four years as an energy project engineer with Bouygues Energies and Services in London.

D’Arche takes over the management of the French branch of Longevity Partners France & Belux. The 29-year-old will be responsible immediately for the next development phases of the company, which has doubled its turnover in the last twelve months and tripled its number of employees.
